Dear sir o madam 
Saturday 19 November
I am writing to complain about your food, I came to spend a good day at your restaurant last week was a Saturday like this 
I ordered one of their wonderful potatoes, those that come in a huge plate to share with the whole family, 
and after eating for a while, a huge, ugly hairy cockroach comes out of the sauce, is completely unacceptable 
Furthermore, we were shocked since we have been eating there thousands of times and we never had passed algl similar.
sincerely I had never seen this happen in this place, and I think that as a precaution they should exterminate if there is any more.
Today when I eat some potatoes I will see that image which disgusts me
I would be grateful if you could If you took the security measures that I have proposed or you had more eye when you are in the kitchen I would not like this to be repeated
